What is virtual Model Security
Virtual Model Security is the process of digitizing and storing your physical orthodontic record sent to DynaFlex (impress or stone model).

What is the benefit of using VMS?
VMS is useful because you longer need to re-impress your patient to replace an appliance that has been broken or lost. You would simply notify us that we need to print your model and remake the appliance

Do I get a copy of the Virtual Model Security record?
No. VMS is simply storage.

How long is my VMS record stored?
Forever.

What is the cost of VMS?
VMS costs you $14.50 per case.

How much does it cost to print my VMS record?
The cost to print your VMS record is only $17.50.

Can I convert my VMS to a “Digital Study Model” so that I can view my digitized case?
Yes you can. For an additional $13.50, your VMS case can be converted at any time.
