Control over torque and tip has eluded clinicians for years and has been compensated for in various ways, including repositioning and wire sequencing. Unfortunately, in traditional PSL bracket systems, an inherent amount of “slop” within the bracket slot is virtually unavoidable. Until now, no one has been able to reduce the slot dimension.
