How To Submit Digital Model Storage (DMS) Cases To DynaFlex Using DynaFusion

How To Send In Your Impressions
STEP 1:
Start with a clean impression
STEP 2:
Wrap the impression in a damp paper towel.
STEP 3:
Place wrapped impression in Ziplock bag.
*If the impression is alginate, please place one teaspoon of alcohol in the Ziplock bag to prevent freezing in the winter months.
STEP 4:
Place actual bite registration for Digital Models in another Ziplock bag.
*If intending to use the impression for appliance fabrication requiring mandibular advancement, please also include the advancement registration.
STEP 5:
Place both bagged impressions in the DynaFlex® provided box.
STEP 6:
Place your printed PDF form in the box with your impressions

For cases submitted digitally through our online portal DynaFusion®.
Defend® clear retainers are great for Aligner retention. We advise using our proprietary .040 Glacier® LTR (Long-Term Retention) material for resisting against long-term breakage.
*Faster delivery times include Defend® and EZ-Clear Retainer cases only. Delivery is normally within 4 days of submission. Brace Erase and Blockouts included as needed. Removal of archwire is requird. Cases needing resets, pontics and other appliances in addition to EZ-Clear or Defend® will be subjected to a standard turnaround time. Case must be submitted using the DynaFusion® Case Submission System.

STRAIGHT-CUT
Straight-Cut retainers maintain the most retention; typically trimmed 2mm above the gingival margins. With Straight-Cut, you will have the most contact with Alveolar throughout the whole arch.
SCALLOPED
The most aesthetically pleasing for your patient, but has a trade-off in that there is less retention and less contact with the alveolar bone.
MODIFIED SCALLOPED
Aesthetically pleasing for the patient, while still maintaining retention throughout the entire arch. This option can keep your patient happy, while still performing for you clinically.
With our highly accurate laser cutter (LAC), patients have the ability to mix trimlines (Straight-Cut with Scalloped, etc…)
Have your patients Defend® Invisible Retainers ready the day of debonding using Brace Erase! We digitally remove aligner attachments and brackets from your scan before printing the 3D model for fabrication.
Removal of archwire before scanning is required.
