Click the Register For DynaFlex Portal button on the top right menu to register your email address for online access for one or multiple locations.
STEP 2
Once email/account is verified, an email is sent for you to create a password. Please allow up to 24 hours for verification.
STEP 3
Request an in-office onboarding session by filling out the form at the bottom of the web page.
STEP 4
After your on-boarding session, a DynaFlex expert designer will setup your custom Rx templates and you can begin submitting cases via DynaFusion!

For cases submitted digitally through our online portal DynaFusion®.
*Faster delivery times include Defend® and EZ-Clear Retainer cases only. Delivery is normally within 4 days of submission. Brace Erase and Blockouts performed as needed. Removal of archwire is required. Cases needing resets, pontics and other appliances in addition to EZ-Clear or Defend® will be subjected to a standard turnaround time. Case must be submitted using the DynaFusion® Case Submission System.
Laser Cut Trimline Options
With our highly accurate laser cutter (LAC), patients have the ability to mix trimlines (Straight-Cut with Scalloped, etc…)
STRAIGHT-CUT
Straight-Cut retainers maintain the most retention; typically trimmed 2mm above the gingival margins. With Straight-Cut, you will have the most contact with Alveolar throughout the whole arch.
SCALLOPED
The most aesthetically pleasing for your patient, but has a trade-off in that there is less retention and less contact with the alveolar bone.
MODIFIED SCALLOPED
Aesthetically pleasing for the patient, while still maintaining retention throughout the entire arch. This option can keep your patient happy, while still performing for you clinically.
Have your patients Defend® Invisible Retainers ready the day of debonding using Brace Erase! We digitally remove aligner attachments and brackets from your scan before printing the 3D model for fabrication.
Removal of archwire before scanning is required.

Series 2000 Appliances are available in both Maxillary and Mandibular Designs. For successful implementations of the Series 2000 appliances, there are a few key areas that need to be reviewed and understood for the optimum use of the various appliances.
MAX™
The MAX is a maxillary spring loaded palatal expander. The MAX utilizes the nickel titanium open coil spring rod-tube mechanism for a continuous low force system to gain arch width.
DMAX™
DMAX or “Distalizing Maxillary Expander” utilizes either a midpalatal nickel titanium open coil spring rod-tube mechanism or. astandard jackscrew for transverse movement and the same rod-tube mechanism on the linguall to distalize the molars.
